  ......I see that their are fabricated 4-5 star reviews posted, and it does not surprise me at all. ......To be fair, I will give 2 stars for my review, because I did like some things about "Chase bank", However their customer service is below substandard, and as you know Chase is using people in the ""Philippines" as customer service . .....They are not very trustworthy and secure , and have access to all your personal information , such as bank account numbers and social security numbers. .....As for the bank tellers and managers , well some are decent, but I honestly felt they disliked customers and their jobs.....sort of rude, and not very helpful when an issue with your account comes up. ......The tellers keep asking, " Do you have any plans for the weekend", which seems to be a script they have to keep repeating to customers over and over. ....It also seems transactions and deposits are very slow, and are always in pending.
